Mode of Action
Triflumuron has slow action, no internal absorption, certain contact killing effect and egg killing activity. It can be used for corn, cotton, soybeans, fruit trees, forests, vegetables and other crops, to prevent and control insect larvae of Coleoptera, Diptera, Lepidoptera, and Psyllidae, to prevent and control cotton boll weevil, moth, gypsy moth, housefly, mosquito, cabbage butterfly, coleoptera sagitta, potato leaf beetle, and to prevent and control termites. Triflumuron can block the formation of exoskeleton during larval molting, and there is little difference in the sensitivity of different instars of larvae to pesticides, so it can be used in all instars of larvae.
