Mode of Action

Tricyclazole is a special fungicide for the control of rice blast, belonging to the thiazoles.

It is a protective fungicide with strong systemic properties. It can be quickly absorbed by various parts of rice, has a long lasting effect, stable drug effect, low dosage and is resistant to rain erosion.

Tricyclazole has a strong systemic property and can be quickly absorbed by the roots, stems and leaves of rice and transported to all parts of the rice plant. Generally, the absorbed drug amount in the rice plant can reach saturation within 2 hours after spraying. The product is available in 20% and 75% WP formulations.

 Application

Rice blast is a disease that occurs in rice and is caused by the rice blast pathogen. Rice blast can occur throughout the growth period of rice, and damages seedlings, leaves, ears, nodes, etc.

Rice blast is distributed all over the world's rice regions and is a major disease in rice production, especially in Asia and Africa. It can reduce rice production by 10-20%, or even 40-50%, and some fields may even fail to harvest.

Notice:

1. Seed soaking or seed dressing can inhibit the sprouts but it does not affect the later growth.

2. When preventing and controlling panicle blast, the first application must be before heading.

3. Do not mix with seeds, feed, food, etc. If poisoning occurs, rinse with water or induce vomiting. There is no specific antidote.

4. It has certain fish toxicity, so pay attention to safety when applying pesticides near ponds.
